First Impression
To say the least, medyo may edad na si sir. Senior attitude yan pag discussion pero kapag nagkaka-antukan na, ready siyang gawin ang lahat, kahit sumayaw! (nag-dougie daw siya sabi ng isang class).Time Management
Minsan maaga si sir. Minsan late. Pero sa amin, depende kung late mag-dismiss yung klase na gumagamit ng room. Nagpapalabas naman si sir on time.Student Attendance
Pasa-pasahan lang ng attendance sheet. Alam mo na ang strategy kung ganoon.Recitation
Magtatanong si sir from time to time. Usually wala sa book or barely related yung tanong sa topic. Doon, pwede ka magtaas ng kamay. Pero minsan magtuturo si sir (at random) ng estudyante na sasagot sa tanong!Quizzes and Exams
On top of the regular Long Exam, merong quizzes na ipapasagot sa inyo si sir na about sa isang topic. Madali ang long exams kung pinaghandaan.Fun Factor
Merong occasional na Film showing, usually kapag absent si sir. Walang bantay kaya may na-discover kami sa laptop na yun (ehem.. hehehe). Anyway, pinanood sa amin yung 'Soylent Green' and yung Global Warming swindle. Wala namang reaction paper.Kung swerte kayo, merong field trip ang subject na ito. Nagpunta kami sa Subic! Again, no reaction papers.
Conclusion
Overall, it's a mix of serious discussion and tedious term paper with occasional funny moments with sir, field trip, and film showing. A nice mix kung gusto mo ng challenging subject na merong oras para magsaya.Summary:
Pros:
* Film Showing!* The professor does his best to entertain the student
Cons:
* Term paper. Mahirap, lalo kung hindi cooperative ang mga groupmates mo (yes, I did most of the term paper work nung group namin)* Random he-point-a-finger recitation will kill you if you're not prepared
* Keeps repeating certain facts like the legal angle of elevation for building etc.. (usually wastes time)
Rating:
